Wonconductor to Participate in the 2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo... Exhibiting "T-OSK," a Digital Safety Solution for Preventing Major Accidents at Construction Sites!

Sep 18, 2025

WON CONDUCTOR Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji Sang-hyun) participated in the 2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo, held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 for three days from Wednesday, September 17th to Friday, September 19th.

Leveraging its 25 years of technological expertise in developing and manufacturing core components for the electric power industry, WON CONDUCTOR unveiled the completed product, "T-OSK (Time-Sync Identification Kiosk)," a digital safety solution designed to prevent major accidents at construction sites, for the first time in Korea and abroad at this exhibition.

T-OSK is a customized safety management platform designed to prevent accidents in high-risk industrial environments such as construction sites. Its core technology is a non-fixed-value algorithm authentication technology based on Time-Sync Identification (TSID), which received national GS Grade 1 certification last year. This technology thoroughly controls access to sites by unauthorized personnel. At the same time, it monitors workers' health conditions, including body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, in real time, immediately sending alerts to managers if any abnormalities occur.

Furthermore, it provides user authentication-based safety training completion and prevention verification, protective gear wear inspection, and automatic work history storage functions, enabling systematic safety index management in response to the Serious Accident Punishment Act. This system goes beyond a simple access control system and is considered a comprehensive solution that enhances the overall safety level at construction sites.

One Conductor successfully developed T-OSK, a next-generation construction safety platform, in collaboration with TSID and GBsoft, a company with proprietary biometric technology. T-OSK is highlighted for its level of security, prevention, education, and expansion capabilities that differentiate it from existing kiosks installed at construction sites.

One Conductor has actively showcased the role and functionality of T-OSK at major domestic and international exhibitions. Particularly, they demonstrated the excellence of T-OSK on a global stage by participating in the 2025 CES. The company stated that this achievement went beyond simple product promotion and demonstrated the potential of Korean safety solutions to lead the global industrial safety paradigm.

The company plans to launch full-scale sales and distribution at this Construction Safety Expo, expanding the market for industrial safety innovation. Specifically, they plan to directly demonstrate the innovative features and effectiveness of T-OSK in preventing major accidents at construction sites. They also aim to establish a foundation for sales expansion and global market entry by fostering exchanges with industrial safety-related companies, organizations, and buyers.

T-OSK utilizes TSID authentication technology to implement a tamper-proof security system. Officials explain that this system not only protects personal information but also prevents unauthorized access and hacking attacks, fundamentally eliminating "security risks, the starting point of safety accidents."

△Based on biometric data, it has evolved into a smart gate that prevents accidents in advance, rather than simply monitoring them, such as blocking risk factors before work and automatically linking them to whether safety equipment is being worn and whether training has been completed.

Furthermore, before entering a construction site, the T-OSK application automatically teaches workers the safety rules required for the process. Comprehension quizzes and multilingual support enhance the training effectiveness for foreign workers.

Furthermore, the application can be customized to suit the characteristics of the construction site, client requirements, and work processes, providing an optimized safety management solution for each site. This simultaneously ensures cost savings and management efficiency.

One Conductor stated, "Under the mission of 'People Who Create Trust,' we are leading innovation in industrial accident prevention by integrating power technology and safety solutions. Furthermore, to prevent industrial accidents at construction sites, we are focusing on a robust security system based on worker identity verification and enhancing risk awareness through active participation in safety training. Through these efforts, we are continuously developing optimal solutions that scientifically manage the 'safety index,' setting a new standard for construction safety." They added, "Going forward, we plan to expand T-OSK to domestic and international sites, aiming for CF & RE100 through ESG management, and lead the global construction safety paradigm."

Meanwhile, the "2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo" showcased a number of "smart construction safety management" technologies based on cutting-edge solutions. "Smart construction safety management" is a system that utilizes accumulated data and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, robots, and drones to prevent and quickly respond to accidents at construction sites. The exhibition showcased a vision for the future of smart construction safety management through solutions that encompass the entire construction safety process, from risk prediction at the pre-design stage to prevention and on-site response. The concurrently held "Smart Construction Safety" conference will feature experts from government and cooperative organizations, including the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, the Korea Smart Construction Safety Association, and the Smart Construction Exchange Association.
