WON CONDUCTOR Co., Ltd (CEO Ji Sang-hyeon) participated in the 2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 for three days from Wednesday, September 17 to Friday, September 19.

Based on its 25 years of technological expertise in developing and producing core components for the electric power industry, One Conductor has completed the development of a digital safety solution, 'T-OSK (Time-Sync Identification Kiosk),' to prevent major accidents at construction sites, and has unveiled it for the first time in Korea and abroad at this year's Construction Safety Expo.

T-OSK is a customized safety management platform designed to proactively prevent accidents in high-risk industrial environments such as construction sites. Its core technology is Time Sync Identification (TSID), a non-fixed-value algorithm authentication technology that received national GS Level 1 certification last year. This technology strictly controls on-site access by unauthorized personnel. Simultaneously, it monitors workers' health conditions, including body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, in real time, immediately alerting managers if any abnormalities occur.

Additionally, it provides features such as verification of safety training completion and prevention based on identity verification, inspection of protective equipment use, and automatic work history storage, enabling systematic safety index management in response to the Serious Disaster Punishment Act. This system is considered a comprehensive solution that goes beyond a simple access control system and elevates the overall safety level at construction sites.

One Conductor has successfully completed the development of T-OSK, a next-generation construction safety platform, through collaboration with TSID and GBsoft, a company with proprietary biometric technology. T-OSK is highlighted for its level of security, prevention, education, and expandability, distinguishing it from existing kiosks installed at construction sites.

Won Conductor has actively showcased the role and functionality of T-OSK at major domestic and international exhibitions. Notably, it participated in CES 2025, demonstrating T-OSK's excellence on a global stage. The company stated that this achievement went beyond simple product promotion and demonstrated the potential of Korean safety solutions to lead the global industrial safety paradigm.

This Construction Safety Expo will serve as a catalyst for full-scale sales and distribution, expanding the market for industrial safety innovations. Specifically, the company aims to directly promote innovative features and effectiveness in preventing major accidents at construction sites. Furthermore, by fostering exchanges with industrial safety-related companies, organizations, and buyers, the company aims to establish a foundation for increased sales and global market entry.

T-OSK has implemented TSID authentication technology, creating a security system that cannot be tampered with or altered. Officials explain that this system not only protects personal information but also blocks unauthorized access and hacking attacks, fundamentally eliminating "security risks, the starting point of safety accidents."

△Based on biometric data, it has evolved into a smart gate that prevents accidents in advance, rather than simply monitoring them, such as blocking risk factors before work and automatically linking them to whether safety equipment is being worn and whether training has been completed.

In addition, before entering the site, the safety rules required for the process are automatically learned through the T-OSK application, and the effectiveness of the training is enhanced for foreign workers through a quiz to check understanding and multilingual support.

Furthermore, it can be customized to suit the specific characteristics of the construction site, client requirements, and work processes, providing optimized safety management solutions for each site. This simultaneously ensures cost savings and management efficiency.

One Conductor stated, “Under the mission of ‘People who create trust,’ we are leading the innovation of industrial accident prevention by converging power technology and safety solutions. Furthermore, to prevent industrial accidents at construction sites, we are focusing on a thorough security system based on worker self-authentication and enhancing risk awareness through active participation in safety training. Through this, we are continuously developing optimal solutions that can scientifically manage the ‘safety index,’ and are creating a new standard for construction safety.” They added, “Going forward, we plan to expand T-OSK to domestic and international sites with the goal of achieving CF & RE100 through ESG management, and lead the global construction safety paradigm.”

Meanwhile, the 2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo showcased a number of "smart construction safety management" technologies based on cutting-edge solutions. "Smart Construction Safety Management" is a system that utilizes accumulated data and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, robots, and drones to prevent and quickly respond to accidents at construction sites. The exhibition showcased a vision for the future of smart construction safety management through solutions that encompass the entire construction safety process, from risk prediction at the pre-design stage to prevention and on-site response. The concurrently held "Smart Construction Safety" conference will feature experts from government and cooperative organizations, including the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, the Korea Smart Construction Safety Association, and the Smart Construction Exchange Association.
